USAID is particularly interested in providing full time institutional support staff to the USAID Bureau for Planning, Learning and Resource Management (PLR). This is not a solicitation or a request for proposal. This notice is for market information and capabilities for planning purposes only and does NOT constitute any commitment from. Please do not submit a full proposal, resumes, promotional materials, and/or statements of qualifications as these will not be reviewed and will be discarded.
