## Description

**Amendment 1:** The deadline for questions is extended to March 10, 2024 at 11 AM EST (Washington, DC time). No other changes. USAID intends to sole soure warehousing and logisitcs services with Palladium International based on a Memorandum of Understanding between USAID and Australia's Department of Foreign Trade (DFAT), The warehouses will be located in Brisbane and Port Moresby, New Guinea.
