## Description

The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) intends to extend the Personal Service Contract # 7200AA19S00008 beyond five years, for an additional twelve months at the estimated cost of $125,000. The USPSC was first awarded to Katherine Guernsey on April 25, 2019 and will end on April 28, 2024. This extension is to ensure that there is no gap in USAID access to critical disability rights and inclusive development expertise while concurrent and hiring processes are ongoing.

Under this action the USPSC will provide leadership for the Agency’s strategic approach to promoting Disability Rights and for managing the Disability Funding Program until the new position can be awarded.
