This request for proposal seeks contractors holding the Highly Adaptive Cybersecurity Services Special Item Number, 54151HACS, and the contractor must be categorized in the following HACS subgroups, Penetration Testing & Risk and Vulnerability Assessments. The requirement is for technical services in support of the agency's independent evaluations and audit. Such technical services may include external network penetration tests; internal network vulnerability assessments; Wi-Fi, cell phone, and oracle database tests; and related training of staff, as described further in the Statement of Work (SOW) provided as part of this RFP.
