The proposed contract action is Sole Source only. In accordance with FAR 5.102, the required justification documentation is attached. This Notice of Intent is not a request for quotation. No solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming. Interested parties may identify their interest and submit product information in response to this notice by 4:00 PM E.S.T, 6 Sept 2024. via email to sonya.rayford_cage.5@us.af.mil.
