## Description

**Mattresses, Mattress Covers and Disposal Scope:** Please see attached SOW for details. US Coast Guard Base Honolulu is seeking to acquire 86 mattresses to replace the current barracks. We are also looking for 140 hypoallergenic mattress covers. We are also looking for disposition services for the old mattresses at the base. Please refer below to the details. Mattresses required: QTY:

**86 Size:** Twin (38”x80”) Euro Top Style Extra foam or Soft top layer Mattresses to Dispose: QTY 87 The delivery and disposal site shall be at the following address: U.S. Coast Guard Base Honolulu 400 Sand Island PKWY ATTN:

**CG Barracks Honolulu, HI 96819 Equivalent Items:** Please submit equivalent items for acceptance prior to submitting proposal.

**Place of Performance / Delivery Location:** 400 Sand Island PKWY, Honolulu, HI 96819 Completion Date:

**9/30/2025 Delivery Date:** Indicate the date when you believe you can realistically get the item(s) delivered on island.
