\n\nThe limits and extent of the work are described below as Base Bid, Option Bid #1a (alternate) and Option Bid #1b (alternate). The BBI encompasses all work detailed in the drawings and specifications, except for work designated as OBIs.

\n\na. Replace windows with hurricane rated unit with extruded aluminum exterior cladding and wood interiors. Windows must be double hung, have new mini-blinds, and new interior sills and trim.
