Contractor shall provide all necessary supervision, labor, materials, equipment, power, and personnel to accomplish work installing, replacing, and/or removing ATON structures in the Columbia River Area/U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Base Tongue Point, located at Astoria, Oregon. Work includes, but is not limited to: Standard ATON Maintenance work which includes removals, replacements, and repairs of damaged ATON structures. Structures will be constructed within in-water work window limitations. The Columbia River in-water work window for this project is November 01, 2026 thru February 28, 2027.
