THIS IS TO BE AWARDED SOLE SOURCE Statement of Work (SOW) for #3 crane repair parts for CGC Bertholf. Background. The snatch block & crane block for #3 crane on CGC Bertholf are seized and require replacement. The ship is unable to operate the #3 crane for equipment onload or small boat launch/recovery. Scope. Provide Qty:

**YMD-13859, Name:** crane block. Qty:

**1, YMD-13860, Name:** snatch block to CGC Bertholf’s homeport. Objective. The objective of this requirement is to repair the #3 crane snatch and crane blocks to return the system to FMC.

**Scope:** The vendor shall supply the following parts: QTY P/N DESCRIPTION 1 YMD-13860 SNATCH BLOCK 1 YMD-13859 CRANE BLOCK 1 Shipping Ground Freight to cutter’s homeport. Security Requirement.
