SCOPE OF WORK FOR USCGC SMILAX 1. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: Provide materials as required to replace Facing Winches onboard Barge, as per the Scope of Work in section 3 at USCGC SMILAX (WLIC-315): 2301 E. FORT MACON RD.
