## Description

Statement of Work 1. Purpose and Scope Purchase and ship (10) 55-gal barrels of Shell Biodegradable Hydraulic Fluid 68 to perform maintenance on CGC Kukui Controllable Pitch Propellers.

2. Deliverables and Performance Requirements (10) 55-gal barrels of Shell Biodegradable Hydraulic Fluid 68 delivered to CGC Kukui between Oct. 1, 2026- Oct. 31, 2026. 3. Period of Performance RDD on or before Oct. 31, 2026. 4. Location and Method of Performance CGC Kukui’s address is 1480 Seward Avenue Sitka, AK 99835. 5. Roles and Responsibilities Contractor will be responsible for delivery and offload at CGC Kukui’s address. The cutter will advise the contractor on the offload location onsite.

6. Acceptance Criteria Coast Guard will only accept SDS Number: 800010042431 7. Security and Confidentiality N/A 8. Reporting Requirements CGC Kukui’s HAZMAT Officer and Engineer Officer 9. Legal Compliance Contractors will abide by all applicable local, state and federal laws. 10. Performance Monitoring The contract performance will be monitored and evaluated by the Engineer Officer. Additional Considerations Contract type: Contract is a firm-fixed-price.
