This is for informational purposes only Scope of Work: CGC Stone- Discrep 25078 PR-52000PR260000227 Last update 10/31/25 Background: #2 MDE is failing to operate correctly and will turn its self off periodically. Numerous sensors are alerting that there is an issue. Remote troubleshooting has been unable to resolve the issue.

**Statement of Work:** Tech assistance to troubleshoot and identify the root cause for the #2 MDE malfunctioning.
