Authorized distributors who have business concerns and the required capabilities to provide these items are invited to submit a quote.

If you submit a quote for this solicitation, IT MUST include a letter from the OEM, FAIRBANKS MORSE DEFENSE., CAGE CODE 7PZX0, verifying your company is an authorized distributor. The United States Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center has a requirement for the following items: NO SUBSTITUTIONS WILL BE AUTHORIZED WITHOUT APPROVAL FROM USCG SFLC TECHNICAL EXPERTS.

MARKING IAW MIL-STD-129R EXCEPT BAR CODED IAW ISO/IEC-16388-2007, CODE 39 SYMBOLOGY.
