The USCG is interested in determining overall vendor interest, availability, and capability to perform this work at the USGC HEALY’s homeport. The anticipated Request for Proposal (RFP) release date is in July 2026. Planned availability and RFP dates are subject to change. Estimated period of performance is Jan. 5, 2027 through May 9, 2027. In addition, no cost or pricing data is required in the vendor’s response to this Sources Sought Notice. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which will be considered by the agency; see Attachment 1; Attachment 1 HEALY DS27 Questionnaire. **Background Information:** The USCGC HEALY is homeported in Seattle, WA at 1519 Alaskan Way S., Seattle, WA 98134. The USCGC HEALY, the Coast Guard's largest vessel, is 420 feet long, 82 feet wide, drafts 31 feet (at full load), and weighs 16,660 long tons (at full load). Note that it is excepted that during performance of the dock side there will be a significant amount of work that will be done on the Science Winch Control Systems, Cycloconverters, and the Main Diesel Engines by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), GE Power, Power Conversion, that may require laydown area on the pier, as well as regular coordination with the Coast Guard and the OEM to avoid overlap in work and other issues that may arise.
