## Description

Subsequent to the posting of the solicitation, it was determined that the Statement of Work (SOW) contained significant deficiencies that could not be adequately addressed through an amendment. Specifically, the SOW was too vague regarding the required work required. We anticipate a new solicitation with a revised SOW. Due to the inactive status of the original solicitation, a formal amendment could not be issued. The Special Notice will serve as official notification of the cancellation of 70Z08525Q561 - Steering Gear Overhaul - Combined Synopsis/Solicitation.
