COAST GUARD HEALY STEAM TRAP SURVEY SECTION 1 – GENERAL INFORMATION 1.1 Scope of Work Contractor shall Conduct Steam Trap survey of 300 various steam traps located per US Coast Guard Drawing 420-WAGB 535-1, Rev.K, Diagram Steam, Feed & Condensate System and Spirax Sarco Steam Trap Survey, Dated November 29, 2012 and Steam Trap Survey, Dated June 2, 2014. In addition to the Steam traps per the drawing referenced in this paragraph, there are also Steam traps to be surveyed per Spirax Sarco DWG S000301, Humidifier Units (Table 14-H) (Table 9-A), and USCG 420-WAGB-535-008 STEAM AND CONDENSATE MODS FOR OWS INSTALLATION. These traps are included within the 300 Qty stated above. Once survey is complete, Submit a CFR of findings from inspections with recommendations. Customer will install replacements as recommended Locating and identifying all accessible steam traps onboard with a ships force representative to assist with steam system alignment.
