The objective of this requirement is to repair the supply fan after findings of failed motor windings. Conduct at least the following to return to the Coast Guard a working motor: must be returned to the below address by 07JUL25. Disassemble and visually inspect Mechanical inspection Incoming electrical testing Thoroughly clean all parts Repair de bearing journal Take winding data Strip winding Core loss test Sandblast Repair/replace leads Rewind/repair stator Manufacture coils Dip/bake/vpi Post bake - clean parts Dynamically balance Re-assemble Post testing no-load run Paint Pre-ship quality inspection Materials: 6210 ball bearing 1, 6212 ball bearing 1, Seal 1, Winding wire and materials Security Requirement.
