## Description

USCGC James Technical Services for Cleaning the Heat Exchanger Background. HAMILTON has experienced uncontrollable Lube oil temperatures while running the #2 Ships Service Diesel Generator. Troubleshooting lead to a clogged heat exchanger. Due to operational commitments a Controlled Parts Exchange with the JAMES was conducted. Now the heat exchanger needs to be commercially cleaned and tested. This requirement is for qualified service tech to clean and inspect the heat exchanger. Once compete pressure test the Heat Exchanger.
