## Description

Forging to be Rough Machined, and shaped to the dimensions listed, and shipped to the address listed below. All information regarding the material composition, mechanical requirements and specific testing procedures are all listed within the MIL-S- 23284 Specification (series). Specifics of the material shall adhere to all requirements set forth for Class 1 material. Specific Requirements of Forging are:

Final, “Rough Machined”, Dimensions of 21”Dia x 36”Long, solid, not drilled through, all machined surfaces provided with a finish of 250Ra 2 holes, one centered on each end, and drilled 3-5/8 inches deep and tapped with 2” - 4-½ UNC 3 threads for full depth of hole(s).

**Material Requirements:** MIL-S-23284 Class 1, First article inspection required. Transverse mechanical and impact properties are required. Repair welding is not permitted.
