This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for BOSS ATC Mobile Facilities Maintenance Services for United States Coast Guard USCG Mobile, AL, prepared in accordance with FAR 12 and FAR 13.5 Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR Subpart 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04, effective June 11, 2025. This solicitation is issued as a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. The Contractor shall provide all services, materials, supplies, plant supervision, labor, and equipment, except as specified as Government-furnished, required to operate, maintain, repair, improve, and construct real property facilities and equipment; and provide services, including but not limited to Food Service Equipment, Transportation Services, Electrical Systems, Heating Systems, Water Distribution Systems, Sewage Systems, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Plant and Systems, Buildings and Structures, Grounds Maintenance, Surfaced Area Maintenance, Trash Collection and Disposal, Fire Protection Systems, and Fire Preventions Services as specified in strict accordance with all terms, conditions, drawings, and Technical Exhibits (TE) contained herein and incorporated by reference.
