## Description

The United States Coast Guard (USCG), Logistics Command (LOGCOMM), is acquiring Refuse and Recycling Collection and Disposal Services for the USCG Sector San Juan, Puerto Rico. The purpose of this is to describe the needs and outcome anticipated by the USCG for the full and complete provision of these services to ensure consistent performance both at Sector San Juan (SSJ) and Rio Bayamón Housing (RBH). The contractor shall ensure that these services are performed in a manner that provides superior customer service and that presents a comfortable, healthy and safe environment ensuring the health and safety of federal employees and members of the public and all federal buildings and property
