The Contractor shall provide water quality testing ONE (1) TIME EACH MONTH during the contract year and is considered a monthly service. There will be a grand total of twenty five (25) water samples collected and tested during the contract year to include: Two (2) water samples x Twelve (12) months = 24 samples One (1) water sample x annually = 1 sample The Contractor shall send the collected water samples MONTHLY to a certified laboratory to analyze for the following contaminants: Total & Fecal Coliform, Turbidity and pH. ONCE A YEAR…. The Contractor shall send one (1) collected water sample to a certified laboratory to analyze for the following contaminants: TTHM (Total Trihalomethane) & HAA5 (Haloacetic Acids). The Contractor shall send all water samples to an EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) Certified Laboratory to have the water samples analyzed. The Contractor shall follow all procedures set forth by the laboratory to include sampling specifics, chain of custody, etc. as needed from the laboratory. The Contractor shall provide the detailed certified lab results digitally each month after testing is completed.
