No other oral or written debriefings will be given. Rationale of Award: Nine quotes were received in response to the solicitation. Solicitation provision 52.212-2 provided the evaluation criteria for award. Pursuant to the provision, quotations were evaluated in an efficient and minimally burdensome fashion. The Government evaluated the quotations submitted against the evaluation criteria of Technical Capability and Price. The Government made an award to the offeror who provided the lowest priced technically acceptable quote. IVES Contracting was the lowest priced quoter that attended the mandatory site visit.
