Solicitation provision 52.212-2 provided the evaluation criteria for award. Pursuant to the provision, quotations were evaluated in an efficient and minimally burdensome fashion. The Government evaluated the quotations submitted against the evaluation criteria of Technical Capability and Price. The Government made an award to the offeror who provided the lowest priced technically acceptable quote.
