## Description

The contractor shall provide all engineering, CAD Design, installation services, programming, related hardware, cables, and connectors for a fully functional turn-key video/audio/conference solution to include User Training in operations utilizing the following equipment IAW scope of work provided. Work to be performed at USCG Sector NC Headquarters: 721 Medical center drive, Wilmington, NC 28401. All quotes must be submitted by NOON Eastern Time on July 16, 2025. All quotes must be submitted via email Alejandra.i.nievesgarcia@uscg.mil. Ensure blocks 14 (Include UEI) through 20c and 30a, 30b and 30c of the SF 1442, and pricing are completed before emailing.

**Source Evaluation:** Lowest Price Technically acceptable. Unit COR Jason M. Kelley @ jason.m.kelley@uscg.mil Scheduled site visit is July 9th at 0900 contact COR for coordination. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses using NAICS code of 541519 The small business standard is $34.0 Mil.

All eligible responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the United States Coast Guard, however those submitting quotes that do not have an active vendor record at SAM.gov or meet the size requirements prior to the RFQ due date and time will be considered either ineligible or non-responsive and will not be considered for award. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation.

The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation. *Site visit is not required for this action but is highly encouraged. Contact the unit COR to request a site visit. Questions about this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Specialist at the email address listed above, no later than NOON July 11, 2025. An amendment may be posted to clear up any ambiguities or answer all questions received at one time. No oral questions will be accepted.
