## Description

The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, parts and materials and equipment as required to Remove two 500-gallon oily waste tanks at USCG Station Oak Island; 300a Caswell Beach Rd. Oak Island, NC 28465detailed Statement of Work (SOW) is attached. All quotes must be submitted by NOON Eastern Time on MAR 20, 2024. All quotes must be submitted via email to Tami.N.Clark@uscg.mil. Ensure blocks 14 (Include UEI) through 20c and 30a, 30b and 30c of the SF 1442, and pricing are completed before emailing.

**COR POC:** Nate Petrowski email: nathan.c.petrowski@uscg.mil This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses using NAICS code of 562910. The small business standard is $19.5M.

All eligible responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the United States Coast Guard, however those submitting quotes that do not have an active vendor record at SAM.gov or meet the size requirements prior to the RFQ due date and time will be considered either ineligible or non-responsive and will not be considered for award. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation.

Questions about this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Specialist at the email address listed above, no later than NOON March 13, 2024. An amendment may be posted to clear up any ambiguities or answer all questions received at one time. No oral questions will be accepted.
