The NAICS code is 333618 and the small business size standard is 1000 employees. The USCG SFLC intends to award a sole source, one time contract to fulfill short term requirements. The following kits are anticipated; however, this is not an absolute. The kits and quantities may change and other parts kits may be required. All kits will be identified in the forthcoming solicitation. Each kit, once identified in the solicitation, will be required to have its own bill of materials, each part identified by part number and quantity. Potential sources shall submit the following, but not limited to: (1) Data that required supplies have been satisfactorily provided to the OEM or Government in the past, (2) a written letter, signed by the OEM, verifying the interested party’s authority to supply OEM manufactured items and parts to the Government as well as confirming access to the necessary technical documentation to perform.
