## Description

**UPDATE 06/17/2024:** The Government is issuing Responses to questions with respect to this RFI. This is a Request for Information (RFI) and Sources Sought for Microsoft Unified Support Services for enterprise applications and information systems maintained by the USCG C5ISC with the goal of enhancing its capabilities. The work must be performed on site as necessary in both unclassified and classified environments.

The focus of this work is to maintain operational efforts of each product line and service line while striving to enhance engineering tasks. Support services will include on-premises systems (government), Microsoft365 and Azure tenants (commercial). In addition to responding to the Questionnaire and RFI, Respondents must have, at a minimum, Secret facility clearance.
