## Description

FOR DHS NMACC III POOL 3 PHASE II OFFERORS ONLY! THIS IS THE SEED PROJECT FOR POOL 3 UNDER 70Z04723RNMACCSB. All other interested vendors should reach out to the Phase II Offerors, see Interested Vendors List, for subcontracting opportunities. WLB MOORING AND STRUCTURAL PIER UPGRADES AT USCG BASE HONOLULU, HAWAII This project includes the Design/Build for Berth G Pier extension at Coast Guard Base Honolulu, HI.

The work consists of, but not limited to, Demolish and dispose of floating pier at Berth F; Constructing a fixed pier extending from Berth G for the purposes of berthing a 225-ft Seagoing Buoy Tender (WLB); and providing a shore tie mound. If funding is availabe, Option Items include construction of a floating pier to berth a 154-ft Fast Response Cutter, (FRC); and construct a pier extension between existing bulkhead and new wharf. See solicitation and specifications for full description. Project specifications, Drawings, and Attachments will be distributed to the Pool 3 Phase II Offerors via DoDSafe.
