## Description

COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Instructions to offerors, evaluation criteria, and all applicable FAR Provisions and Clauses are attached.

The solicitation number is 70Z045-25-Q-KODI0089 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Government Estimate Less than $27,600.00 The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and Construction clauses are those in effect through FAC# 2024-07 Effective Date 8/29/2024 Department of Labor Wage and Determination No 2015-5687, Revision No 24, dated 12/22/2024 is applicable to this requirement.

USCG BASE KODIAK REQUIRES PICKUP, RETRIEVAL, STORAGE, AND DELIVERY OF ALL NON US COAST GUARD MARINE SAFETY DETACHMENT, FREIGHT AND PACKAGES TO INCLUDE ALL COAST GUARD SHIPS OPERATING IN THE DUTCH HARBOR ARE OF RESPONSIBILITY IN ACCORANCE WITH THE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK Where Federal Acquisition Regulation clause language is inconsistent with FAR 13.004, Legal Effect of Quotations, that language is hereby tailored in accordance with FAR 12.302 to be consistent with a request for quotations. This tailoring includes, but is not limited to the following:

In accordance with FAR 13.004, a quotation is not an offer, and any clause provision to the contrary is hereby modified to be consistent with FAR 13.004. Where the word "offer/offeror" or a derivative of that word appears, it is changed to "quote/quoter" or a derivative of that word. The NAICS code for this requirement is 492210 – LOCAL MESSENGERS AND LOCAL DELIVERY.

The applicable small business standard in accordance with NAICS 492210 is $34.0 mil REQUEST QUOTE WITH BASE YEAR AND 3 OPTION YEARS EVALUATION OF OPTIONS FAR 52.217-5.
