This determination is detailed in supporting Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition (J&A). Statutory Authority: This procurement is conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, \"Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements,\" as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Estimated Value: The total estimated value of this procurement is $32,680.00. Instructions for Interested Parties This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or quotations. However, any interested party that believes it can meet the requirement may submit a capability statement. Responses to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
