The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 336413. The small business size standard is 1,250 employees. This is a restricted requirement. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The United States Coast Guard (USCG), Aviation Logistics Center (ALC), Elizabeth City, NC intends to negotiate and award an Indefinite Delivery Requirements type contract to Airbus Helicopters, Inc. of Grand Prairie, TX on an other than full and open competition basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 for the procurement of various spare parts utilized for the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of the MH-65 Aircraft. The various spare parts on this requirement will be procured via issuance of individually funded delivery orders. Airbus Helicopters France (AHF) (Cage Code F0210) is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of the parts in this requirement and they are the only approved source of supply. The anticipated period of performance will be five (5) years total consisting of a one (1) year base period, and if exercised, four (4) one-year option periods, this contract shall not exceed five (5) years.
