This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect as of November 28, 2025, IAW the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO). The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 488190 Repair. The small business size standard is $40 million Repairs. This is an unrestricted solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price purchase order shall be awarded on a competitive basis as a result of this solicitation for the following items: SCHEDULE OF SUPPLIES Line Item 1 Nomenclature: Pump, Submerged, APU National Stock Number (NSN): 2915-01-HS2-8535 Part Number (P/N): SM2212B Quantity: 2 Each Sources must be able to obtain the required technical expertise, engineering data, and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM), Secondo Mona Spa (Cage Code A0303), parts required to successfully perform the required repairs/overhauls. Concerns having the expertise and required capabilities to provide these repairs/overhauls are invited to submit offers in accordance with the requirements stipulated in this solicitation. The contractor shall furnish a Certificate of Conformance (COC) IAW FAR clause 52.246-15. The COC must be submitted in the format specified in the clause. NOTE: NO DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS, OR SCHEMATICS ARE AVAILABLE FROM THE USCG.
