Solicitation number 70Z03826QH0000108 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price purchase order will be awarded on a sole source basis to the manufacturer, Honeywell (CAGE: 0BFA5) or an OEM approved repair facility or an OEM Authorized Channel Partner, for the repair of Inertial, EMB GPS. It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price purchase order will be awarded on a sole source basis as a result of this synopsis/solicitation for the items found on Attachment 3 – SCHEDULE - 70Z03826QH0000108. Concerns having the expertise and required capabilities to provide these items are invited to submit offers in accordance with the requirements stipulated in this solicitation. NOTE: No drawings, specifications, or schematics are available from this agency. The USCG intends to issue an order for a quantity of four (4) each. Per FAR 52.217-6 Option for Increased Quantity, the USCG may increase the quantity by four (4) each, for a maximum quantity of eight (8) each at the same unit price as the original order, for up to three hundred and sixty-five (365) days after the initial award date. The Contracting Officer will issue a unilateral modification if the USCG chooses to exercise this option.
