It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price purchase order will be awarded for following items on a brand name basis as a result of this synopsis/solicitation: Item Name: ACTUATOR, OIL COOLER Part Number: 8656M2 National Stock Number: 1680-01-497-7142 Quantity: 2 EA Manufacturer Cage Code: 00268 Requested Delivery Date: 1/2/2026 Only the brand name items requested in this solicitation will be considered for award. All items must have clear traceability to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), CEF Industries (Cage Code 00268). Traceability means a clear, complete, documented, and auditable paper trail which traces each step from an OEM to its current location. To ensure the authenticity and airworthiness of the components, only offers from the OEM directly or from their authorized distributors will be considered.
