Concerns having the expertise and required capabilities to provide the requested services are invited to submit offers IAW the requirements stipulated in this solicitation. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811210. The small business size standard is $34.0 million in average annual receipts. It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price task order will be awarded on a sole source basis as a result of this solicitation for the services listed in the below Schedule of Services.
