The Coast Guard does not own, nor can it provide specifications, plans, drawings or other technical data. The USCG intends to award to Pratt & Whitney, 400 Main Street East Hartford, CT 06118, the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the parts that are being repaired.
