It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price purchase order will be awarded on a sole source basis as a result of this synopsis/solicitation for the following item: Item Name: Housing, Mech Drive Part Number: 42315-30 National Stock Number: 1650-01-396-7315 Quantity: 2 EA The Naval Supply (NAVSUP) Systems Command, Weapons Systems Support (WSS) has the sole authority for approving sources for the procurement, repair, and overhaul of this item. Responsible Contractors are limited to NAVSUP WSS approved sources. A safety of flight risk is never acceptable, therefore, no alternate parts or deviations from NAVSUP WSS certificate specifications will be considered for this requirement. Only the items requested in this solicitation will be considered for award. All items shall have clear traceability to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Hornet Acquisitionco, LLC (Cage Code 3HRL4).
