Solicitation number 70Z03825QE0000019 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Number 2025-03, effective 17 January 2025. IAW FAR 6.302-1(a)(1), the United States Coast Guard (USCG). Aviation Logistics Center (ALC) plans to award one (1) purchase order and negotiate only with Charlatte of America, Inc. (CAGE Code 1KWN7) as the only known source of the required services. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price purchase order will be awarded on a sole source basis as a result of this solicitation for the refurbishment and conversion of the following items: SCHEDULE OF SERVICES Nomenclature: MX-4 Electric Tow Tractor Part Number (PN): MX-4 Modified to PN: MZ Quantity: four (4) each Optional Quantity:* up to one (1) each Manufacturer CAGE Code: 1KWN7 Required Delivery Date: one hundred fifty (150) days after receipt of order (ARO) * We propose including an addendum to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clause 52.212-4 that will allow the USCG to send in additional units for repair by order modification. The cost of any necessary repairs and/or replacement parts would be negotiated and funded separately.
