## Description

The United States Coast Guard (USCG) has awarded an Indefinite Delivery Requirements type contract for the procurement of Data Concentrator Units (DCUs) to support the MH-60T aircraft. Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) task orders shall be issued off of the base contract as this item is required. Pursuant to the requirements of the Competition in Contracting Act (CICA) as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.3 and in accordance with the requirements of FAR 6.303-1, the justification for the use of the statutory authority under FAR Subpart 6.3 is justified.
