AMENDMENT 003 is issued to provide answers to submitted questions. See the attachment "Weight Handling Equipment Questions and Answers". AMENDMENT 002 is issued to provide an updated equipment list. See the attachment section of this notice. AMENDMENT 001 is issued to revise the RFQ. Option periods have been added to the requirement. The total performance period for this requirement is one 12-month base period and three 12-month option periods. See the revised RFQ and SOW.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
