## Description

The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is accepting proposals for Pest Control Services as described within this Performance of Work Statement for Base Galveston, Sector Houston site and accompanying MSST building. Base Galveston's goal is to provide on time and affordable pest control services which consistently meets, or exceeds the expectation of the Coast Guard. USCG requires the following to accomplish this goal; it is essential that the facility is pest free and that military etiquette is adhered to.

The reason for the Performance of Work Statement (PWS) is to provide expectations of services to be performed. Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and transportation necessary to complete the following work for pest control services at USCG Base Galveston, Sector Houston and accompanying MSST building.

The service is to cover 60 months.This will be a firm-fixed price, set aside 100% for small business.All work should be completed in accordance with the Performance of Work Statement FAR 52.237-1 -- Site Visit (Apr 1984). Offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable.
