The various exhaust systems consist of the following: Main Diesel Engine (MDE) exhaust piping system, Ship Service Diesel Generators (SSDG) exhaust piping systems, and Barge and Tender Boiler Exhaust piping. See attached Statement of Work (SOW, attached) and provided SFLC Standard Specifications and Drawings for a comprehensive list of requirment. NOTE, this requirement will have specific Quality Assurance and inspection points throughout the requirement. All inspections will be conducted with an appointed USCG representative. All attached drawings and standard specifications are applicable. A site visit is encouraged. Vendors are required to be registered and current in sam.gov with a UEI. Federal Acquisition Regulations Clauses and Wage Rates are included and applicable. Please fill out blocks 17a thru 31c on attached Standard Form 1449 (SF-1449) if you will be submitting a quote. All applicable paperwork is attached to this solicitation.
