This is a combined synopsis / solicitation for a contractor to relocate fire suppression lines and sprinkler heads at the USCG Industrial Production Facility in Mobile, AL. This is set-aside 100% for small business. A Firm Fixed Price Construction Order will be issued to the contractor with the lowest priced quote.

**NAICS 238990 PSC Code Z2AZ Size Standard:** $19,000,000 Statement of Work: 1. Relocate (3) 1.25" Fire Sprinkler Lines 2. Remove (6) upright sprinkler heads and piping 3. Re-install all piping. 4. Re-install (6) Pendant fire sprinkler heads with escutcheons in place of the upright heads. Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Department of Labor Wage Determination AL920230092 are attached and are applicable. Performance and payment bonds are not required. Place of performance is USCG IPD Mobile, AL Bldg 101 1500 15th Street Mobile, AL 36615-1300. Period of performance is May 6th through 10th, 2024.
