## Description

This is a combined synopsis / solicitation to repair the sewage and potable water piping system on the pier of the USCGC PATOKA. All work to be completed according to the attached Statement of Work (SOW). A Firm Fixed Price Construction Order will be issued to the contractor with the lowest priced quote. All contractors must be actively registered in Sam.gov NAICS:

**238220 Size Standard:** $19,000,000 PSC Code: Z2NE Place of performance is USCGC PATOKA 1797 Harbor Front Road Greenville, MS 38701 Period of performance is May 13th through May 24th, 2024. The period of performance is negotiable. Federal Acquisition Regulations and Department of Labor Wage Determination MS20240046 are attached and are applicable.
