Only driftwood in the water may be moved. Wood on the river back must remain, or be loaded onto the barge for disposal. Removed driftwood from pilings and mooring will be pushed free from lodged area to float down river. A Firm Fixed Price service order will be issued to the contractor with the lowest priced quote. All contractors must be actively registered in Sam.Gov Submit your quote to sterling.t.davis@uscg.mil by 3:30 pm CST on 5/31/2024. Place of performance is USCG Shore Side Detachment 3301 East 4th Street Owensboro, KY 42303. Period of performance is June 17th through 28th, 2024. Period of performance is negotiable.
