The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. Coast Guard Aids to Navigation Team St. Petersburg has worked closely with many dive companies in the AOR and has determined the removal of this wreckage is critical to the safe navigation for boaters transiting through Horseshoe Beach water.
