## Description

Contractor shall supply all labor, equipment, and materials to remove, prepare, supply, and install new sanitary well head cap and an approximately 18-inch vertical well head extension at USCG housing unit at Guilford, CT 06437-3674. All work shall be accomplished according to the SOW and the applicable wage determinations as incorporated herein. PLEASE SEE SOW FOR FULL REQUIREMENTS *Certified weekly payrolls will be required. *Magnitude of construction is <$25,000 *Insurance certificate is required.
