Justification: The USCG recently acquired two Gulfstream GVIII-G700 aircraft to recapitalize and expand the USCG fleet. Gulfstream GVIII-G700 aircraft training for pilots, technicians, and cabin attendants requires model specific Level D simulators and FAA approved training curricula. The Government has determined that Flight Safety International is the only source capable of providing this specialized training. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement demonstrating their ability to meet the USCG's requirements.
