## Description

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), United States Coast Guard (USCG), intends to issue a sole-source, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Delivery Order against Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Call Order N66001-19-A-0051. This requirement is for the annual renewal of Autodesk Navisworks Software licenses supporting the Offshore Patrol Cutter (OPC) and Polar Security Cutter (PSC) program offices. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals.

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
